This amendment modifies the FY26 Electricity Solicitation by:

• Extending the due date for technical proposals from February 19, 2026, to February 26, 2026, at 3:00 PM EST.

• Updating Attachment 12 - Pre-Proposal Call Schedule to reflect revised PJM dates.

• Updating Attachment 13 - Preliminary Exhibit 1 to change the Projected Auction Date for PJM auctions from March 11, 2026, to March 18, 2026.

Offerors now have an extended deadline to submit their technical proposals. The dates for pre-proposal calls and final exhibit releases related to PJM have also been updated.
