Key Requirements & Personnel
Contractor personnel must complete HSPD-12 clearance and obtain a PIV card. Offerors, or their subcontractors, must demonstrate a minimum of five (5) years of janitorial services experience and possess Cleaning Industry Management Standard (CIMS) certification (proof required upon award). Services are to be performed Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, without disrupting training schedules. All supplies must be Green Seal certified or equivalent, with Safety Data Sheets (SDS) provided. Compliance with Wage Determination 2015-5465, Revision No. 29, for Coconino County, AZ, is mandatory.
Submission & Evaluation
Proposals will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Submissions must include a completed SF18, Price Proposal (utilizing the provided price schedule), Bid Schedule, and required Representations and Certifications (including FAR 52.204-26 and 52.204-24).
