Award will be made to the responsible Offeror whose quote conforms to the solicitation and is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Bidders must include their CAGE CODE, FOB DESTINATION, and PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE/LEAD TIME FOR DELIVERY on their bid. Specific provisions related to Telecommunications and Video Surveillance Services or Equipment (FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26) must be completed and returned with the quote.
