Contractors must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, and supplies. Wastewater must be contained and disposed of using industry-standard, environmentally sound methods. Submission Requirements
Quotes must be submitted electronically via email to the listed POCs. Offers must be held firm for 150 calendar days. Submissions require three parts:
- Part I - Summary and Miscellaneous Data: Including CAGE Code, UEI, representations, and certifications.
- Part II - Price Quote: Submitted via the revised Attachment 1 (Price Exhibit), with accurate mathematical calculations.
- Part III - Past Performance: Include quality and satisfaction ratings, and up to five relevant contracts. Past Performance Questionnaires (PPQs) must be submitted by references no later than June 22, 2026, at 4:00 PM CT, specifying the volume of work (number of exhaust hoods cleaned per year).
Evaluation Factors
Award will be based on Price and Past Performance, with Past Performance being significantly more important than price.
