Evaluation

Quotes must include a cover letter with Offeror details, a statement of quote validity (3 months), acknowledgment of amendments, and pricing for all base and option periods structured per Table 2. Offerors must be registered in SAM and WAWF, and include completed FAR 52.212-3 (Offeror Representations and Certifications). All incorporated FAR/DFARS clauses must be reviewed and adhered to.
