The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Seattle District, is conducting market research to identify interested and qualified contractors to provide backup crane vessel services to fill in for the M/V PUGET when it is out of service, and assist M/V PUGET when requested, for the collection of floating debris within Puget Sound and its Tributary Waters in Western Washington.
