Scope of Work
The requirement is for a minimum of 12,000 square feet of venue space, including a separate interview area with privacy barriers, electrical outlets, and specific booth package components (pipe and drape, panels, tables, chairs, linen). The contractor must provide:
- (10) 8x30" interview tables with 3 chairs each.
- (60) 8x30" tables with 120 chairs.
- (8) 8x30" registration tables with 24 chairs.
- Copier, printer, and high-speed wireless internet for at least 40 laptops (with Wi-Fi hotspot backup).
- Surge protectors, electrical cords, and outlet access.
- On-site personnel for facility operations, including (2) armed security guards and (2) personnel to assist with applicant flow.
- Adequate parking for 700-1000 attendees (approx. 400 cars) and water service.
- (20) Easels for NNSY poster signs.
- Contractor must conduct a site visit, security planning, and submit an Emergency Action Plan two weeks prior to the event.

Evaluation
