This project involves the redesign and upgrade of existing interior signage, wayfinding, and identification systems at the West Palm Beach VA Medical Center.

• Provide labor, materials, tools, and equipment for the installation and delivery of new interior signage and wayfinding.

• Safety: Contractors must have completed OSHA-approved construction courses (10-hour for personnel, 30-hour for supervisors). An Activity Hazard Analysis and Accident Prevention Plan are required.

• Asbestos Management: Comply with VHA policy on identification, management, and control of asbestos-containing materials (ACM).

• Quality Control: Establish and maintain an effective quality control system. Submittals must be approved prior to the start of work.

• Reporting: Submit monthly written progress reports and participate in progress meetings.
