This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Oracle Analytics Publisher Named User Plus Perpetual licenses and Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management software licenses. The government is procuring these software licenses to support its operations.

• Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Application User Perpetual (CSI NUMBER 19687481): 65 licenses.

• Primavera P6 Enterprise Project Portfolio Management Application User Perpetual (CSI NUMBER 19687481): 4 licenses.

• Primavera P6 Progress Reporter Application User Perpetual (CSI NUMBER 19687481): 206 licenses.

• All vendors submitting responses must be an authorized Oracle reseller and provide documentation.

• All ICT deliverables must meet Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and related standards.

• Period of Performance for all items: February 1, 2026, to January 31, 2027.

• Delivery by: January 31, 2027.

• Contract type: Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 12.201-1).

• Quotations must be received by 9:00 AM ET on January 26, 2026.

• Responses can be submitted via email to REGINA.MCDONALD@DOT.GOV or by mail to the address in Block 9.

• Vendors must provide SAM UEI Number, Federal Tax ID Number, CAGE Code, and Estimated Delivery Time with their quotation.
