Quick Summary

The Department of the Navy (NAVFAC Pacific) is conducting a Sources Sought market research to identify qualified sources for the FY26 P-0800 Multi-Purpose Apron & Taxiway construction at Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) Base Tindal, Australia. This project involves constructing aircraft pavements to support multiple airframes, including concrete parking aprons and adjoining taxiways, an access road, and vehicle parking. The estimated cost is between $25,000,000 and $50,000,000. Responses are due by June 24, 2026, at 2:00 PM HST.

Scope of Work

The project entails the construction of new aircraft pavements, specifically concrete aircraft parking and taxi areas. This includes providing an adequate concrete aircraft access apron and expanding/improving existing taxiways, complete with all required pavement markings in compliance with AFI 32-1042 and ETL 04-02. Additionally, an access road and vehicle parking area will be provided to the rear of the aircraft apron.
