    • Airfield Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) Pavement: New construction of at least 10,000 sq meters with a minimum 300 mm thickness. Flexible pavement is excluded. Only runways, taxiways, or aprons considered. Work must have been performed by the specific entity proposed and completed/substantially completed within the last 15 years (75% physically complete).
    • Airfield Asphalt Concrete (AC) Pavement: New construction of at least 10,000 sq meters with a minimum 50 mm thickness. PCC pavement is excluded. Only aprons, taxiways, or runways considered. Work must have been performed by the specific entity proposed and completed/substantially completed within the last 15 years (75% physically complete).
  • Notes on Projects:
    • Submitted projects must collectively demonstrate experience in both Airfield PCC and AC Pavement.
    • A relevant project is defined as work performed under a single task order or contract.
    • Distinction between "experience" (types/amounts of projects) and "past performance" (quality of performance) is noted.
  • Bonding Capacity: Provide a letter from a Corporate Surety indicating single contract bonding capacity, listed on the U.S. Department of the Treasury Circular 570.
