  2. Technical Proposal: The quote must describe the contractor's technical approach, anticipated schedule, staffing plan, crew size, supervision, personnel, and equipment. The contractor must demonstrate sufficient staffing and crew size for timely completion and identify the project manager and/or crew foreman. The quote should also detail qualifications and relevant experience of the contractor, project manager, and key personnel, as well as the equipment to be used, ensuring suitability and good mechanical condition.
  3. Price: Offerors must provide a firm-fixed price (FFP) quote, including per-acre pricing and total project cost.

• Evaluation Basis: Technical proposals will now be evaluated on an acceptable/unacceptable basis.

• All interested contractors must sign and return this amendment by the solicitation closing date to be considered for award.

• A typed name alone does not constitute a valid signature unless it is part of a verifiable electronic or digital signature process.

• No other changes are authorized.
