• Delivery Schedule: All awarded items expected by the end of February 2026. Vendors MUST coordinate delivery amounts and dates with the Food Service Warehouse due to limited storage.
  • Dry Goods: Monday-Friday, 7:00 am - 2:00 pm.
  • Frozen Goods: Must arrive no later than 1:30 pm.

• Delivery Requirements:
  • Appointments must be made timely.
  • Pallets must be accessible with a pallet jack; BOP staff will not unload trailers.
  • All deliveries must be palletized unless prior arrangements are made.
  • Items received out of date will be refused.
  • Temperature requirements: Non-frozen perishables (34-41°F), canned goods (>34°F and not frozen), frozen foods (0°F or below).
  • Product may be inspected upon thawing for compliance.
  • Prior thawed product will be refused.
  • Certified religious diet items must be marked with appropriate symbols (Kosher (OU), Halal).
  • All items must comply with BOP National Menu Specifications; vendors must obtain these specifications prior to quoting.
  • Items will be closely inspected.
  • Receipt may be conditional for up to three (3) days for examination and testing.
  • Unacceptable items must be picked up by the vendor within one week of notification at their expense; otherwise, they will be disposed of.
