Scope of Requirements
The requirement is for three (3) new studio-quality cameras, specifically Sony FR7 Cinema Line PTZ camera Kits with 28-135mm Zoom Lens (MFR ILME-FR7K) or equivalent. Key technical specifications include:
- Imaging: Full-frame interchangeable lens mount (Sony E), 12.9 MP (actual) / 10.3 MP (effective) sensor, autofocus, built-in ND filter.
- Exposure: Shutter speed 1/8000 to 1 sec, ISO 800-12,800 (extended to 409,600).
- Video Capture: External recording up to 4096x2160 at 59.94 fps; internal 4:2:2 10-Bit and 4:2:0 8-Bit for DCI 4K, UHD 4K, and 1920x1080. Supports 4-Channel 24-Bit 48 kHz LPCM Audio and IP streaming.
- Control & Interface: Pan (340 degrees), Tilt (225 degrees), Tally Light, dual media slots (CFexpress Type A and SDXC), 1x XLR 5-Pin Mic/Line input, 1x RJ45 (LAN).
- Power: PoE++ 802.3bt support.
- Lens: 28-135mm focal length, f/4 max aperture, image stabilization. All items must be brand new, and the contractor must provide OEM standard commercial warranty, manuals, and documentation prior to project acceptance. Delivery will be to 600 Chennault Circle, Maxwell AFB, AL 36112, Facility 1405, Room 130.
