Quick Summary
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) is seeking quotations for a Tractor Lease with Four Option Years for its Prairie du Sac research station in Wisconsin. This Total Small Business Set-Aside opportunity (RFQ 1232SA26Q0248) requires the lease of two high-horsepower tractors and one medium-horsepower tractor, all with advanced data interface capabilities. Purpose & Scope
The USDA-ARS Prairie du Sac research station requires the lease of two (2) new Case IH Magnum 405 tractors (or equivalent, 340+ HP) and one (1) new Case IH Magnum 295 tractor (or equivalent, 295+ HP). Specific technical requirements include 4-wheel drive, dual tires, power shift transmission, air conditioning, CAT4 heavy-duty drawbar, 1000 rpm PTO, engine block heaters, annual service, 48-hour service call response, replacement with new machines each option year, full warranty, up to 600 usage hours/year/tractor, WAAS Guidance, suspended front axle, high capacity hydraulic pump, 6 front weights, and 5 hydraulic remotes.
Contract Details
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Delivery of tractors is required before March 10, 2026.

This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) Code is 333111 (Farm Machinery and Equipment Manufacturing), with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quotation.
