Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for the monthly recurring service and maintenance of twenty (20) soft water exchange tanks. Ten (10) tanks are located in Building 190 (aircraft hangar) and ten (10) are in Building 191 (administrative). The facilities are supplied by city municipal water via a three-inch pipe, serve approximately 100 personnel, and include multiple showers (9 in admin, 11 in hangar) and a helicopter wash rack in the hangar (using ~200 gallons/day).

Special Requirements

- Quality Assurance: All services are subject to Government inspection, utilizing a 100% quality assurance surveillance method. Inspections will occur periodically during work and prior to the contractor leaving the site.
