Scope of Work (Draft SOW)
The requirement involves renewing and upgrading existing Cable TV and Wi-Fi services for Mid-Bay Shores, as current equipment is outdated. Key aspects include:
- Upgrades: Router, Wi-Fi, and broadband TV for 5 Trailers, 26 Bungalows, office, and caretaker cottage.
- Broadband TV: Must include local channels and at least 20 cable networks.
- Wi-Fi (Bungalows/Office): Minimum 50Mbps with 99.9% uptime.
- RV Sites: Provide Wi-Fi (100Mbps or greater, 99.9% uptime) and cable to all 25 RV sites (RV6-31), with coverage for multiple streaming devices.
- Tasks: Removal of existing equipment, supply and installation of new equipment, testing, commissioning, site cleanup, and final inspection.
- Compliance: Adherence to OSHA, UL-listed equipment, NAF procurement guidelines (energy efficiency), and EPA guidelines.
- Warranty & Support: Warranty on equipment and installation for the life of the contract, with technical support and parts replacement.
