Evaluation & Submission
Award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Quotes will first be evaluated for technical acceptability, then the lowest priced technically acceptable quote will be selected. Technical factors include:
- Experience: Offerors must demonstrate experience in sediment characterization in coastal/marine environments, SAP generation, sample collection/analysis, data synthesis, and EIM data entry through 2-5 similar projects completed within the last 10 years.
