Bidder Eligibility & Requirements
- Local Sources Only: This contract is intended exclusively for local sources physically located in Japan and authorized (licensed and registered) to perform construction in Japan. This includes corporations, partnerships, or Joint Ventures (where the JV or each member individually satisfies the local source requirements).
- Japanese Construction License: Bidders must possess a Japanese civil construction (doboku isshiki koji) license or Japanese architectural construction (kenchiku isshiki koji) license by the bid due date.
