Submission Requirements

- RSF, expected fully serviced rental rate (with breakouts for operating expenses and real estate taxes).
- ABOA and RSF measurements with corresponding floor plans.
- Date of space availability, site plan, and parking layout.
- Confirmation of ability to meet security, access, telecommunications, and FSL II requirements.
- Building ownership information and authorization to offer the space.
- List of building services provided under a fully serviced lease.
Evaluation
Responses will be evaluated based on capability to meet requirements, anticipated tenant improvement costs, and overall best value. This information will help the Government determine acquisition strategy and performance requirements. The Government will not pay for information submitted. Award of a subsequent lease, if pursued, is anticipated around November 30, 2026.
