Scope of Work
This broad requirement encompasses specialized tactical engineering, logistics, and Fire Control SPALT services. Key areas include:
- Technical & Engineering Support: For U.S. and UK SSBN/SSGN Fleets, including performance evaluation, reliability, field engineering, cybersecurity, Authorization to Operate (ATO) process management, and inactivation support.
- Systems Engineering & Integration: For SWS development, modernization, and integration across programs and platforms, including future Delivery Systems and Shipboard Systems Vision.
- Research & Development: For obsolescence mitigation (TRIDENT II MK98 FCS), future Fire Control modifications, and advanced FC systems development for U.S. OHIO & COLUMBIA Class and UK Vanguard & Dreadnought Class submarines.
- Software & Hardware Development: For FCS tactical, training, auxiliary, and support software/hardware, including SSP Advanced Inventory and Logistics (SAIL) and Attack Weapon Interface Simulator (AWIS).
- Production & Sustainment: Repair, recertification, refurbishment, testing, and maintenance of SWS subsystems, auxiliary systems, and related support equipment. This includes component repair, SPALT kit production/installation, and material delivery.
- Operational Support: Installation, maintenance, and upgrades of strategic weapon systems on-board U.S. and UK SSBNs, SSGNs, and training systems.
- Program Protection: Implementation of measures to safeguard Critical Program Information (CPI).
Services must adhere to specified Ordinance Directives (ODs) and the T9001C checklist.
Contract & Timeline
