The Wilmington Veterans Affairs Medical Center (WVAMC) is seeking contractors to provide services to supportive emergency housing services as part of our Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) programs in our Southern NJ catchment area. The goal of the HCHV program is to remove veterans from the street and other areas no meant for habitation and provide placement in a community-based, residential environment with sufficient supportive services to meet their needs and ultimately facilitate the improvement of their housing situation.
