The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to fulfil a potential requirement. The responses received from interested contractors will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, is conducting market research to identify potential sources which can provide Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contracted Residential Services (CRS) Emergency Housing in Oahu, HI.
Period of Performance: The intended period of performance will be for 5 years, which may approximately begin around February 2, 2026.
