Scope of Work
The VA seeks community-based opiate substitution services for veterans enrolled in the Substance Use Disorders Treatment Program (SUDTP) and Community Opiate Substitution Treatment Program (COSTP). Services include:

- Developing and maintaining an effective quality control program.
