Scope of Work

The VA seeks community-based opiate substitution services for veterans enrolled in the Substance Use Disorders Treatment Program (SUDTP) and Community Opiate Substitution Treatment Program (COSTP). Services include:

The contractor must provide a freestanding, ADA-compliant facility with necessary licensing (DEA, Arizona State for Methadone Treatment, JCAHO/CARF accreditation), office space for VA staff, administration support, and a group room. Contractor staff must communicate with the VA SUDTP Director, maintain a 24-hour workforce, and adhere to HIPAA and SAVAHCS policies regarding Protected Health Information.
