  • Room and Board: Designated, private, safe, and secure beds (no bed sharing).
  • Food/Meals: Three nutritious meals daily, seven days a week, plus snacks.
  • Laundry: Facilities and supplies provided to Veterans at no cost.
  • Therapeutic and Rehabilitative Services: Individualized, on-site services detailed in a treatment plan developed within 72 hours of admission.
  • Case Management: Provided as part of the overall service.
  • Facility Maintenance: Contractor is responsible for proper facility upkeep.

Key Personnel Requirements

  • Full-time, on-site administrative staff (awake and available 24/7).
  • Program director on-call and available 24/7.
  • Professionally credentialed clinical supervisor (minimum LCSW) for weekly on-site visits and case supervision.
  • Sufficient case management personnel (LMSW or LMHC) dedicated to the contract.
  • At least one CPR-certified staff member on duty 24/7.
  • Food handler's permits for staff preparing/serving food.
