The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 21, has a requirement for Health Care for Homeless Veterans (HCHV) Contract Emergency Residential Services (CERS) Licensed Treatment Facility in Contra Costa or Solano County for VA Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS).
The Department of Veterans Affairs Northern California Health Care System (VANCHCS) located in Northern California requires HCHV CERS Licensed Treatment Facility Services in Contra Costa or Solano County for Homeless Veterans. Contractor shall primarily focus on providing emergency housing and supportive services for homeless Veterans in accordance with the HCHV CERS model requirements. Contractor should have a facility located in Contra Cost or Solano County (See PWS Addendum 1 Zip Codes Contra Costa and Solano Counties).
