Scope of Work

Tasks include visual inspections, cleaning condensers and evaporators, sanitizing ice machines, adjusting ice thickness, checking electrical connections, adjusting pilots, cleaning flame sensors, and calibrating oven temperatures. Minor adjustments are to be made during inspections, with quotes provided for more extensive repairs requiring additional parts or labor. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, and materials. The USAWC handles electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues.
