Submission Requirements
All quotes, representations, and certifications must be submitted electronically via email to sherry.l.kaylor.civ@us.navy.mil. Quotes should include the new procurement unit price, total price, procurement delivery lead time, Award to CAGE, Inspection & Acceptance CAGE (if different), a cost breakdown (if feasible), and a quote expiration date (minimum 90 days). All freight is FOB Origin. The ultimate awardee must be an authorized source. If an alternate commercial item is proposed, a complete technical description is required for government review.
Quality Assurance
Inspection of the completed items will be limited to type, kind, quantity, condition, packaging, and marking. The contractor is responsible for ensuring all products comply with contract requirements. Records of all inspection work must be maintained and available to the Government for 365 calendar days after final delivery.
