Scope of Work

- Providing certified and qualified personnel for operating, maintaining, and repairing all listed galley equipment.
- Performing emergency and emergent repairs as needed.
- Maintaining an appliance inventory listing for each installation.
- Submitting a written planned Preventative Maintenance Schedule (PMS) proposal within 10 business days of contract award.
- Ensuring vendor personnel are located within a 100-mile radius or 2.5-hour drive of the work sites.
- Staffing includes one qualified Appliance/Refrigerant Mechanic at each site for scheduled hours.
- Vendor responsibility for consumables, supplies, materials, tools, and proper waste disposal.
- Coordination of base access and services scheduling.

Evaluation
