Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This contract is for labor, materials, services, and permits to perform work ordered by the Government at the GAOA Chantry Phase 2 Recreation Area Improvements.

• Demolition and removal of an existing 3-bedroom barracks building (approx. 1,660 SF), including testing and sampling for hazardous materials (lead paint, asbestos) and potential remediation.

• Removal and capping of underground utilities in the vicinity of the building footprint.
