Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

• Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on comparative evaluation of quotations.

• Evaluation factors include: Relevant Experience, Past Performance, and Price.

• Offerors must submit pricing for all base items and optional bid alternatives.

• Offerors must hold prices firm for 90 calendar days from the offer due date.

• This solicitation is a 100% small business set-aside.

• NAICS Code: 236220 (Commercial and Institutional Building Construction) with a Size Standard of $45.0 M.

• A site visit is scheduled for April 7, 2026, at 10:00 AM MT.

• Bid Bond/Offer Guarantee: 20% required if quote exceeds $150,000.

• Performance & Payment Bonds: Required at 100% of original contract price if value exceeds $150,000, due 10 days after award.
