• Due Date and Time Extension: The deadline for quote submission has been extended from April 22, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. to May 8, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. MDT.

• Start Work Date Adjustment: The estimated start of work has been moved to June 15, 2026.

• Occupancy and Work Hours Clarification: The duplex will not be occupied during construction. Working hours are restricted to 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PDT Monday through Friday for exterior work. Interior work is restricted to 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. PDT Monday through Friday.

• Inclusion of Clauses: Clauses 52.236-2 (Differing Site Conditions) and 52.236-3 (Site Investigations and Conditions Affecting the Work) will be included in any awarded contract.

• Second Site Visit Offered: An additional organized site visit has been scheduled for April 30, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. PDT. Participants will meet at the Powell Ranger District Office.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (RFQ) for the Powell Duplex Improvements project located on the Nez Perce-Clearwater National Forest in Idaho.
