• Contract Type: Firm fixed price.

• Project Magnitude: $1,000,000 - $5,000,000.

• Bid Bond/Offer Guarantee: 20% required if quote exceeds $150,000.

• Performance & Payment Bonds: Required at 100% of original contract price if value exceeds $150,000 (due 10 days after award). For contracts $35,000-$150,000, an irrevocable letter of credit or payment bond is allowed (due 10 days after award).

• Site Visit: March 31st, 2026, at 10:00 AM Mountain Time.

Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To install water and sewer improvements at the Rexford Bench Campground.

• Base Scope: Install water and sewer improvements including sewer lift stations, gravity system, sewer piping, water distribution line installation/repair, coordination with the local electric coop, clearing and grubbing, erosion control, earth work, grading, repaving asphalt, directional drilling, and miscellaneous needs for water and septic system installation.

• Option #1: Install an RV dump station, including grubbing, demolition, removal of gravity sewer, sewer lines, signage, electrical service, disturbance reclamation, and lighting.

• Option #2: Water supply improvements including flowmeters, electrical service, water sampling station, vault boring, and appurtenances.

• Period of Performance (POP): 150 Days from the Notice to Proceed, anticipated to begin April 30, 2026, with a completion date of October 12, 2026. This includes all field work, survey, design, and design reviews.

• Location: Approximately 5 miles west of Eureka, Montana, on Highway 37.

• Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, excluding Federal Holidays. Any work outside these hours requires COR approval.

• A written and approved safety plan is required prior to commencement of work, adhering to FAR Clauses and OSHA regulations.

• Contractor must provide a staging plan prior to construction.

• Contractor must superintend work with an approved representative.

• Contractor must visit the job site to verify dimensions and report discrepancies.

• Adherence to OSHA safety regulations (1926 and 1910) is mandatory.
