Scope of Work
The project includes a base scope and two optional enhancements:
- Base Project: Installation of sewer lift stations, gravity systems, and sewer piping; installation and repair of water distribution lines; coordination with the local electric cooperative for power service; and associated clearing, grubbing, erosion control, earthwork, grading, asphalt repaving, and directional drilling for water and septic systems.
- Option #1 (RV Dump Station): Installation of an RV dump station, including grubbing, demolition, gravity sewer removal, new sewer lines, signage, electrical service, reclamation, and lighting.

Contract Details

- Bid Bond/Offer Guarantee: A 20% bid bond is required if the quote exceeds $150,000.
- Performance & Payment Bonds: 100% performance and payment bonds are required for contracts over $150,000, due 10 days after award. For contracts between $35,000 and $150,000, an irrevocable letter of credit or payment bond is allowed.
