Key personnel requirements include a qualified horticulturist, an on-site supervisor with at least seven years of experience, and full-time gardeners with a minimum of three years of experience. Contract Details

Offerors must also submit a list of proposed new tools/equipment, audited financial statements for 2022-2024, a valid commercial license, and strategic plans (Gardening Maintenance, Quality Control, Risk Assessment – max 8 pages). Recruitment and housing plans are also required.

Evaluation Criteria
