Scope of Work
The contractor will furnish all labor, material, equipment, and services for complete gardening and landscape maintenance. This includes:
- Maintenance of grass, shrubbery, garden areas, planters, walk areas, trees, hedges, and gutters.
- Complete planning, administration, and management, ensuring compliance with contract terms and local laws.
- On-site supervision by a representative proficient in English.
- Adherence to work schedules, typically 08:00-16:00, Monday through Friday (07:00 for snow removal).
- Weekly meetings with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR).
- Quality control, including regular inspections.
- Technical guidance from a trained horticulturist.
- Submission of an annual Grounds Maintenance Plan and Planting Schedule Plan.
- Repair of pavers, stone curbs, and rubble areas.
- Lawn care (cutting, edging, trimming, weeding, turf repair), flowerbed maintenance, and pruning of various plants.
- Weekly leaf removal, general cleaning, and debris removal.
- Watering, fertilizing, liming, and pest/disease control.
- Snow and ice removal from all walkways.
- Placement and storage of garden furniture, and sweeping of walkways/terraces.
- Routine maintenance of the CMR tennis court.
Contract Details
- Period of Performance: Base period from May 1, 2026, to April 30, 2027.
- Options: Four (4) one-year options and one (1) six-month option.
- Pricing: All prices must be stated in Danish Kroner (DKK), with Value Added Tax (VAT) priced as a separate line item.
- Estimated Service Area: 15,875 square meters (13,740 sqm at CMR, 2,135 sqm at DCR).
Key Requirements & Eligibility
- Vendors must possess necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Denmark, including a CVR number and fulfilling Danish tax obligations.
- Offerors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database prior to submission.
