The requirement is for providing of Gardening services to the US Mission in Tunis, Tunisia. The anticipated performance period is for a base year, with four one-year option periods, if exercised by the Government. All responsible sources may submit a Proposal which will be considered.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference and the date for this conference will be in the solicitation.
Notwithstanding FAR 4.203-1(b)(5)(ii), the Contracting Officer has determined that it is in the best interest of the U.S. Government that offerors be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) database at https://www.sam.gov at the time of submitting a proposal.
