• Vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database.

• Vendors must be registered users and able to accept POs in GSA's Order Management Services (OMS) Vendor Portal or have the ability to receive orders via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI).

• The Buy American Act (FAR 52.225-2) applies.

• Delivery is FOB Destination, CONUS.

• Price must be valid through the date specified in the quote.

• All required provisions and clauses must be completed and acknowledged.
