The vendor must manage staggered deliveries and removals, with a minimum of 10 bags per transaction, completed within three days of notification. The period of performance is from April 20, 2026, to January 20, 2027. TRFB will re-bag, palletize, and perform TCLP analysis on used garnet, storing it for vendor pickup. S/71A personnel will load the bags onto the vendor's conveyance, and the vendor must provide a receipt for collected quantities.
