• Operation, inspection, testing, and maintenance of the man lift must adhere to manufacturer's manuals and ANSI A92.2.
• Provision of personal safety devices (hardhats, steel-toed boots, safety goggles, hearing protection), flashlights, and a first aid kit.
• In case of mechanical failure, repair or replacement of the man lift within 24 hours.
• Pricing must be all-inclusive of expenses, parts, fuel, and lubricants.
