Therefore, provided hereunder is the relevant bid package for its construction project entitled, Gary Airport Storm and Sanitary Sewer Improvements, Gary Airport, Lake County, Indiana (USACE Acquisition). PROJECT INFORMATION: The work includes sewer line cleaning and televising, partial replacement of an existing 15-inch sewer, sewer pipe rehabilitation using cured-in-place-pipe (CIPP), manholes and storm structure rehabilitation, paving work, and improvements to two existing lift stations including pump replacement and deicing system improvements. ACQUISITION INFORMATION: Competition for this acquisition is RESTRICTED to SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The North American Industry System Classification Code is 237110, with a small business size standard in dollars of $45.0 Million. The magnitude of cost for construction is estimated between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The requirement is for one (1) year. Responses to this Solicitation (Invitation for Bids) are due by 11:00 a.m. (Central Time) on January 8, 2026. Bid opening and reading will occur one hour after the solicitation deadline.
