This document is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the supply of a GOW-MAC INSTRUMENT CO MODEL 20-600-12-4 PORTABLE GAS ANALYZER, specifically for 0-5% H2 gas in air. The DLA Maritime – Portsmouth is seeking delivered prices (FOB Destination).

• One (1) unit of the specified Gas Analyzer.

• Offerors must be registered and active in SAM.gov.

• Evaluation Criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• The Government intends to make an award without discussions.

• If no offers meet or exceed the Government's RDD, award may proceed to the LPTA offeror based on soonest delivery.

• Representations must be filled out completely and submitted with the quote.

• 100% Small Business Set Aside (SBSA).

• Offerors must indicate their business size (Large, Small, SDB, VOSB, WOSB, EDWOSB, SDOVSB, HUBZone, 8a).

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). The RFQ number is SPMYM326Q8019. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is seeking responses from qualified sources for the procurement of gas analyzers.

• CLIN 0001: 10 Each GOW-MAC INSTRUMENT CO MODEL 20-600-12-4 PORTABLE GAS ANALYZER; FOR 0-5% H2 GAS IN AIR.

• This requirement is brand name mandatory to GOW-MAC Instrument Co. Only quotations representing this manufacturer will be considered.

• Offerors must complete and include provisions 252.204-7016 and 252.204-7019 with their offer.

• Vendors must list the country of origin for each line item.

• Not specified in this document.

• Evaluation criteria: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Vendor responsibility will be determined using PPIRS and in accordance with FAR 9.104.
