Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide high-quality compressed scientific gases, liquid nitrogen, and liquid helium on an as-needed basis. This includes personnel, equipment, tools, materials, management, operations, supervision, and logistic support for delivery and removal of cylinders and dewars. Key requirements include:
- Supplying specified types and sizes of gases and liquids with highest purity and quality.
- Managing bulk nitrogen and helium tanks to ensure continuous availability.
- Providing an e-commerce website for purchase orders and automatic replenishment for Laboratory-owned cylinders.
- Delivering products within one week of PO release, with expedited delivery within one calendar day if requested.
- Offering on-site training and software for tracking cylinders, including barcode capability and scanners.
- Monitoring and completing valve replacement and hydrostatic testing for all cylinders.
