Statement of Work (SOW)

To repair a heater in the engine bay at the Palomino Valley Fire Station, located at 5605 Grass Valley Road, Reno, NV 89510. The current motor assembly and fan motor need replacement to ensure heat and protection for fire engines and prevent water pumps from freezing during winter.

• Removal and disposal of the existing induced draft motor assembly and fan motor.

• Installation of a new induced draft motor assembly and fan motor.

• Furnishing of all necessary replacement parts and equipment.

• Complete start-up and testing of the new equipment.

• Troubleshooting of any issues or error codes related to the replacement equipment.

• The unit is ceiling-mounted, approximately 16 feet above the floor. Contractor must provide ladders or lifting equipment.

• All work must be completed in accordance with OSHA and applicable mechanical codes.

• Place of Performance: Palomino Valley Fire Station, 5605 Grass Valley Road, Reno, NV 89510.

• Period of Performance: January 9, 2025 – February 27, 2026 (As soon as Possible).
