Scope of Work
The potential requirement involves the delivery of HELIUM, GAS, GRADE A, 99.995%, BULK MC, which must meet the requirements of MIL-PRF-27407D or its most current version. Delivery will be F.O.B. Destination into a Contractor-owned tank located at Lajas, Puerto Rico. The contractor must provide a minimum 90 MC capacity Helium trailer. One copy of a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each sample is required, to be attached to the container and submitted as an attachment to the applicable Invoicing, Receipt, Acceptance, and Property Transfer (iRAPT) document (Wide Area Workflow-WAWF).
Security Requirements
Delivery personnel must be U.S. citizens and possess a state or federal issued photo ID displaying their full name and date of birth. Deliveries to military installations may require social security numbers and background checks. Proof of insurance and vehicle registration may also be required. Delivery personnel may be escorted, and all delivery vehicles are subject to search. Starting May 7, 2025, access to federal facilities will require a "REAL ID" compliant driver's license; otherwise, an acceptable second form of identification (e.g., U.S. passport, military ID) must be presented.
