Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive portable toilet cleaning services, including:
- Evacuation of effluent from holding tanks.
- Recharging receptacles, cleaning, and hosing out units.
- Trash removal, refilling toilet paper, and adding deodorizer chemical.
- Disposal of waste in accordance with Federal, State, and Local requirements.
- Provision of all necessary equipment, supplies, and transportation.
Services are required for six portable sanitation units: four located in various parking lots (F-Lot, L-Lot, Campsite Parking Lot, M-Lot) and two at the NIKE Radar Campsite. Servicing frequency varies, with parking lot units serviced weekly (1-3 times/week) and NIKE units twice weekly (May-mid-October). All units must be cleaned by 10:00 AM.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.
- Period of Performance: A base period of 12 months (May 1, 2026 – April 30, 2027) with four (4) one-year option periods, for a total potential duration of up to five (5) years. A separately priced line item covers May 1, 2031 – November 30, 2031.
- Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
- NAICS Code: 562991 (Septic Tank and Related Service) with a $9 million size standard.
- Wage Determination: Subject to Service Contract Act Wage Determination No. 2015-4195, Revision No. 31, for Monmouth and Ocean counties, NJ, outlining minimum wage rates and fringe benefits.
