Scope of Work

Submission & Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible vendor whose quotation conforms to the solicitation and is the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). A quotation will be determined "Technically Acceptable" if the vendor provides the requested information. The award will then be made to the technically acceptable vendor who submitted the lowest total price (calculated as the sum of the base year plus all option years). Quotations must include:
- A firm-fixed price for the base year and each of the four option years.
