• Disabling VistA ADT where specified.
• Configuring Aggregator beds to Bedmaster to match existing live configurations.
• Mapping each facility's Oracle Health (Cerner) bed to a corresponding GE patient monitoring device bed.
• Providing necessary network infrastructure upgrades to meet VA OIT connection requirements.
• Participating in testing and cutover events.
• Delivering detailed documentation for all configuration tasks.

Contract & Timeline

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed-price.
• Period of Performance: One-time service, commencing upon award and extending for one year, with all services to be completed by March 31, 2027.
• An optional Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) is included for network infrastructure items, to be furnished and installed within 120 days of award.
