• The NDB will be flight-ready, directly loadable into the Flight Management Computer Systems (FMCS).

• Data will be compiled from National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) Digital Aeronautical Flight Information File (DAFIF) 8.1 for Refueling Tracks and Jeppesen ARINC 424 for other record types.

• The Contractor will process NGA and Jeppesen data using proprietary techniques.

• The processed NDB files are exclusively for USMC use on its KC-130J aircraft.

• Period of Performance: 12 months from contract award.

• Updates: 13 updates in 28-day cycles.

• Place of Performance: Contractor's facilities, with electronic delivery of NDB to the USMC every 28 days.
