Scope of Work

- Delivery of a loadable software airplane part (LSAP) in an electronic Zip archive every 28 days, adhering to Aeronautical Information Regulation and Control (AIRAC) cycles.
- The NDB must be flight-ready and directly loadable into the Flight Management Computer Systems (FMCS) of the KC-130J aircraft.
- Data will be compiled from National Geospatial Intelligence Agency (NGA) DAFIF 8.1 (specifically for Refueling Tracks) and Jeppesen ARINC 424 data for other record types.
- The processed NDB files are exclusively for USMC use on its KC-130J aircraft.
- The place of performance is the Contractor's facilities, with electronic delivery to the USMC at St James, MD.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed-Price
- Period of Performance: 12 months from contract award, encompassing 13 updates delivered in 28-day cycles.

- Lead Time: A 30-day lead time is required after contract award for the NDB service.
- Delivery: Electronic delivery of NDB updates to the USMC. Early and partial shipments are acceptable.

- Required Information: Quotes must include FOB, Shipping Cost, Tax ID#, Dun & Bradstreet #, Cage Code, Business Size (Small Business Yes/No), GSA or SEWP Contract # (if applicable), Estimated delivery time, Published Price list, and Total Price.
- Authorized Distributor: Offerors MUST submit signed documentation verifying they are an authorized distributor.
- Basis for Award: Award will be made to the vendor that submits the lowest, firm fixed-price quotation that meets all requirements in Section B of the SF-18.
