Government Quality Assurance (GQA) will be performed at the source, involving DCMA QARs. Traceability and Objective Quality Evidence (OQE) are paramount for Deep Submergence Systems Program (DSSP) material, requiring permanent markings per MIL-STD-792 and comprehensive Certificates of Compliance.
