Quick Summary
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD) is conducting a Sources Sought to identify qualified contractors for a General Construction Multiple Award Construction Contract (MACC). This is for information and planning purposes only, not a request for proposals. Responses are due by February 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.
Scope of Work
The MACCs will cover a broad range of general construction services, including maintenance, repair, renovation, alteration, demolition, and built-in equipment work. This encompasses various disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, roofing, painting, site work, welding, masonry, and environmental remediation (lead-based paint, asbestos). Projects may involve complete plans and specifications, sketches, no design, or design-build proposals.
