Scope of Work

- Assisting patrons with loading and unloading.

Required Capabilities & Personnel
Personnel must be U.S. citizens or legal residents, proficient in English, and undergo Tier 1 background checks (including child background checks). Drivers need six months of driving experience, a current Missouri Class E (For Hire) Driver's License, and no driving privilege limitations or DUI convictions within five years. Required training includes Anti-Terrorism (AT) Level I, OPSEC, iWATCH, HIPAA, NEO, and SAPR. Contractors must also provide distinctive uniforms, maintain specific automobile liability insurance, and hold current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
